Military drills ‘would go uninterrupted as planned’

TEHRANA, Oct. 18 (MNA) – A high-ranking general of the army has said Iran’s military drills would continue as planned.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri who was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a funeral ceremony on Sunday, said that Islamic Republic of Iran’s main policy was to improve its missile program.

He was responding a question about recent remarks by US officials who believed that military drills would be labelled possible violation of JCPOA provisions; and the Brig. Gen. reaffirmed that Iran's missile program and military drills would go according to its plans without any interruption.
